A selection of residences representing the type of work we have been creating over the last two decades. From 2,000 square feet to 36,000 square feet. The attention to detail, knowledge, background and experience is a constant basis from which each project is derived.

THE DESIGN PROCESS

The process of creating a home that meets the myriad standards and codes applicable while still meeting the needs and aesthetic goals of the client is a very delicate process. Using computer-generated models, we produce artistic sketches of the design which help our clients better visualize the finished product during the creation process. This allows for a finished home much better fitted to their wishes. 

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Sam was born in London, England to parents Geoff and June Holroyd, both noted architects practicing and teaching in London and the United States. After working in the family business starting at age fifteen, Sam received a Bachelor in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture studying both in Los Angeles and Lugano, Switzerland. Today Sam is based in Santa Barbara where he works on projects from as far afield as Park City, Utah,  Maui, Cabo San Lucas as well as Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez and the greater Los Angeles area.
