This was to be an Uber-Chic mega-estate on the exclusive Mapleton Drive of Holmby Hills. We were able to turn the home in to face the large gardens and disengage from the noisy street which was impacting the tranquility of the site. An underground network of tunnels and passages were created to assure that all infrastructure, management, security and staff operations of the estate could be conducted in total separation from the Owner and their guests.
