This was a project that had been begun by a previous owner and sold mid-build out. The challenge was to dilute what was to have been an un-inspired severe Neoclassical behemoth and turn it toward an L.A.-chic spin on a Georgian style. The Riviera Country Club sets the perfect backdrop to give a park-like setting to this trophy estate.
